Per-plan file size, request rate, and member ceilings are visible in the dashboard for your current plan. If a flag isn't listed in the matrix above, it isn't gated.
Upgrade flow
Open Settings → Plan from the dashboard, or hit a paywall while publishing — the CLI surfaces the upgrade URL inline:
