Context

[What problem does this design solve, and what changed since the last round? Link the brief instead of repeating it.]

What to review

  • To do: [Flow or screen, e.g. onboarding steps 1 to 3]
  • To do: [Flow or screen]
  • To do: [A specific question, e.g. is the empty state clear without the tooltip?]

Not in this round

[Visual polish, final copy, edge cases: say what you don't want feedback on yet so reviewers can focus.]

How to give feedback

SeverityMeaning
BlockerBreaks the task or misleads people. Must change before shipping.
MajorCauses friction or confusion for many people. Should change.
MinorPolish or preference. Change it if it's cheap.

Pin each comment to the exact screen or element, and keep to one issue per comment. It makes resolving much easier.
